Rules and Procedure

The rules of procedure are guidelines we follow at SCANDMUN in order to keep the debate structured and organised. It's important to familiarise yourself with these rules beforehand so that you are aware how debate runs and how to behave yourself during the conference. Nonetheless, we highly encourage delegates to refer to the Rules and Procedure document during the conference itself, as it covers everything from amendments to voting procedures.
